Two backgrounds for the 2-D part of my film, I wanted to keep them pretty loose and painterly looking, but I probably will be going in and re-working these before I’m done.
cassiopeia-in-eden asked:you are such an amazin artist, and I love your drawings of the Oracle and Cassiopeia! Keep doin what you do 😘
Aw, I am so glad you like them! Thanks so much!
melissaivory asked:3 months since you posted but I wanted to say that your Cassiopeia artwork, the one of her flying through the night sky and says it's inspired by the Sara Bareilles song, is pretty damn close to the image that my mind comes up with when listening to the song. I have also taken a look at your art and love it all, and I just wanted you to know all that.
wowhasitbeenthatlongalready? But yeah that song is amazing for bringing images to mind, I am so glad you think I was able to capture it somewhat!
Also thank you for the lovely message! beststarttotheday~
Personal work to de-stress from all the homeworks. Now to re-stress and go homework.
I finished my puppet?
So the feet are kinda fucked, but as I made then A) to see if they would turn out and B) to actually complete a puppet.
Anyways thy don’t appear in my film so I’ma keep it that way.
Also tiny clothes are hellish to sew, especially when you are still pretty much a novice. So it is a small miracle that she is clothed. YAY.
I made some tiny door knobs and handles for cupboards and the fridge.
To make these I just globed on some epoxy to a wire in the shape I kinda needed, then I took a knife to it after they dried and shaped them up better, then sanded them down and painted them up!
Some more props!
